Before the Session

How does it work?

Let’s get rid of the hassle of getting professional headshots!

Just ready your smartphone and book your session with us. Once you’re booked, one of our professional photographers will connect with you remotely during your time slot through the Shutter App on your Android or iOS devices and guide you through a 15-minute photoshoot.

Your selected photos will be edited afterward by our set of professional retouchers. Your headshots will be sent to you within 24 hours after your session.

What do I need before booking?

How can I book?

You may book your session here.

To book, select “Individual (Single booking/person)”, select your preferred date and time slot, then answer the form. Once you click next, confirm your order and click check out. On the checkout page, retype your email and billing address, then settle your payment.

Part of a team with 10+ members?
Pay as a team and avail our Team Discounts before you book to avail up to 25% off! This is a full upfront payment, once purchased, team members DO NOT need to pay again during booking.

For teams who availed Team Discounts, make sure to type your Team Discount Code on the discount code field during checkout to waive the payment fee. Once successfully applied, you may now continue to checkout!

Once you receive a confirmation email, you may now eat, sleep, or whatever you intend to do while you get ready to have your headshot session with us!

Can I reschedule my session?

Yes, you can change your schedule through the appointment confirmation email you received from us after booking your session. Just click the link seen at the bottom of the email.

The rescheduling link will only work before your booked time slot, please contact us if you need to rebook once the link has expired already.

Can I cancel my booking?

Once you booked your session with us, it can only be rescheduled.

How can I choose a background?

Browse our wide array of available backgrounds for you to choose from and take note of the background name.

Once you’re ready to book with us, you may select your preferred background on the form that will appear when you book a session with us.

For teams who prefer a unified background for a uniform look, one (1) member shall pre-select the background for the whole team. The selected member just needs to fill out the Team Unified Background Request form found at the bottom of the backgrounds page. (Please inform your team members of your pre-selected team background, in the event that some of your team members fill out differently on the booking section, the background selected through the Team Unified Background Request form shall still apply.)

Can I use a custom background?

Sure! You can let us know your preferred custom background by filling out the Custom Background Upload form on the backgrounds page.

Individuals and teams with a different custom background for each member shall select “Custom Background - Team” at the booking section when they are booking their appointment with us.

Teams with the same custom background for each member of the team shall select "Custom Background - Team".

Is it as good as photos taken by a professional photographer?

YES! Our team of professional photographers and retouchers ensures that your headshots will be studio-quality!

During the Session

What do I need during the session?

Please make sure that you have the following right before your session starts:

How long is the session?

The whole photoshoot session will take around 15 minutes. Please be advised that you will only be given a 5-minute grace period after your booked time starts.

You need to rebook your session if in case you fail to show up. The rescheduling link found at the bottom of the appointment confirmation email will only work before your booked time slot, please contact us if you need to rebook once your booking has expired already.

After the Session

Do you retouch my photos?

All photos are hand-edited by professional retouchers to ensure studio-quality headshots.

When and where will I receive my headshots?

You will receive your headshots through the email you provided in your booking details. Your headshots will be emailed to you within 24 hours after your session.

What if I don’t love my headshots?

Our team of experts is dedicated to your satisfaction. If your headshot doesn't perfectly meet your expectations, we offer one (1) complimentary revision or a reshoot at no extra cost valid for 15 days after your photos have been sent to you.

You may request a revision/reshoot through the email we sent that contains your photos. Alternatively, you may also submit a request on our contact page.

Do you publish my photos on your website and social media?

Your privacy matters to us! We will always ask for your permission when we intend to use and/or publish your headshots for commercial, marketing, or promotional purposes. You may also contact us anytime if you don't want us to share your photos! Just select "Do Not Publish My Photos" under subject.

Payments

How do I pay?

You can pay using PayPal or debit/credit cards.

Do you accept debit/credit cards?

Yes, we do accept Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards. We can also accept American Express and Discover cards through Paypal.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, discounts are available for groups or sessions of 10 or more. Click here to know more.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only available if unforeseen technical problems prevent us from delivering your headshots from our side.

However, if you're not satisfied with your headshots, we offer one (1) complimentary revision and/or reshoot valid for fifteen (15) days after you receive your photos from us.

You may request a revision/reshoot through the email we sent that contains your photos. You may also submit a request on our contact page.
